Hi, I'm Ashley Hallman, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Transcendia Healing Services. For over a decade, I've had the privilege of working with individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. My experience spans crisis intervention, emergency services, community mental health, outpatient therapy, substance use treatment, case management, and Drug Treatment Court, giving me the opportunity to support people from all walks of life with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College, along with a certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling. Throughout my career, I've continued to expand my training in trauma, attachment, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and evidence-based therapies to provide care that is both grounded in research and tailored to each person's unique needs. I believe that our struggles rarely exist in isolation. Anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions often have deeper stories beneath the surface. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I work collaboratively with clients to understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped their lives. Together, we create space for insight, healing, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, authentic, and relational. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to grow. Whether you're navigating trauma, chronic stress, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, discover new possibilities, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
